The design principle of the house is being modern and in the same time ergonomic. Materials such as traditional stone with the combination of HPL and concrete are creating the sense of modern in a plot full of different kind of vegetation. The gardens are designed in different heights surrounding the building. The basement consists of the lobby, a gym and a storage room and the staircase that leads to the main spaces of the house, which are located on the first floor. The first floor comprises of an open plan living room and dining room, a separate space for office and a play-room. The kitchen is enclosed with additional living room that leads to the large veranda. The first floor has 3 bedrooms and one laundry room. The master bedroom is en-suite with additional separate space for wardrobe.
